Despite a number of improvements and redecorating efforts which have taken place with the house itself, we still have made every effort to keep the rent low and competitive.
During the popular summer months we rent Sand Trap for $1,900 per week (*). We require a deposit of $950. to reserve the house, and then the balance due on the rental charge is required to be paid 30 days BEFORE your period of occupancy. A security deposit of $150. is also due with the second rental prepayment, and this security deposit will be cheerfully refunded to you after your stay, barring of course any calamitous events caused by the renter.
We also have off-season rates and even nightly rates available out-of-season. Please Contact Us for full information about these alternatives.
We rent Sand Trap during the season on a Saturday to Saturday basis, and request check-in and check-outs on these days to be 2:30 P.M.. for check-in, and 10;30 A.M.. for check-out. This schedule gives our maid service sufficient time to prepare for the incoming guests.
We consider the “season” to be June 24th through September 16. Anyone wishing to rent Sand Trap prior to June 24 would enjoy the reduced rate of $1,500 per week.
* The rental rates are subject to a State Tax of 6% and a LOCAL TAX of 2%
